Our Solutions

Chemistry that creates value.

Cubane combines chemistry, technical expertise and application engineering at every stage of papermaking, from the pulp mill to the dry end. Each programme starts with your fibre, your furnish and your machine, and is measured against the paper outcome you need.

Our Flagship Programmes

Targeted Solutions. Measurable Impact.

Performance programmes developed around specific papermaking challenges. Every programme is validated in the laboratory and proven through mill trials before implementation.

Programme philosophy

Programmes, not products.

A performance programme is built around a required paper outcome. Chemistry, dosage, application point and integration with the existing wet-end programme are engineered together, then validated before anything reaches the machine.

Results depend on grade, furnish and machine conditions. We do not quote outcomes until they have been established on your process.

Sustainability

Cleaner Processes. A Brighter Tomorrow.

We develop chemistries that help papermakers use fibres, fillers, water and energy more efficiently, while supporting cleaner mill operations and lower environmental impact.

Our position

Sustainability measured at the mill.

In papermaking, efficiency and environmental performance are the same problem. Fibre retained in the sheet is fibre not lost to the effluent. A stable wet end uses less chemistry and less energy. A clean system means fewer shutdowns and less waste.

Our sustainability work is grounded in that reality: practical improvements, validated on the machine, reported against the baseline agreed with each mill.

Who we are

Cubane Speciality Chemicals Private Limited was established in 2007 with a clear purpose: to solve papermaking problems through better chemistry, deeper application understanding and closer mill collaboration.

Our approach goes beyond supplying chemicals. We study the fibre, furnish, wet-end environment, process conditions and required paper properties, then engineer the chemistry and application strategy around the actual mill requirement.

Today, Cubane supports papermakers across India, the Middle East and Africa, working across writing & printing, coated paperboard, packaging, recycled fibre and other paper applications.

Cubane is led by directors N.S.Rao, R.Ashokkumar and P.Premanand, whose combined experience across chemistry, application engineering and papermaking shapes how every programme is developed and delivered.
